ReplicaPixel Documentation

Your guide to creating stunning AI-powered images of yourself.

Introduction

Welcome to ReplicaPixel! Our platform allows you to create a personalized AI model—what we call a "Replica"—based on your own photos. Using this Replica, you can generate an endless variety of high-quality images of yourself in different styles, settings, and scenarios. Imagine professional headshots, fantasy art portraits, or stylish social media avatars, all created in minutes.

This documentation will guide you through creating your first Replica, generating images with our Style Packs, and answering common questions to ensure you get the best possible results.

Getting Started: Creating Your Replica

ReplicaPixelis a web application, so there's no software to install. Getting started is as simple as training your first AI model. Here's the step-by-step process:

  1. Sign Up: Create an account on our website to get your own private workspace.
  2. Upload Photos: Navigate to the 'Create Replica' page. You'll need to upload a minimum of 10 high-quality photos of yourself. For best results, see our photo guidelines in the next section.
  3. Start Training: Once your photos are uploaded, click the 'Train My Replica' button. Our AI, powered by the Flux service, will begin learning your likeness to create a personalized LoRA model.
  4. Wait for Completion: The training process is computationally intensive and typically takes around 25-40 minutes. You can close the page; we will notify you via email as soon as your Replica is ready to use!

How to Use ReplicaPixel

Once your Replica is trained, the fun begins! Here's how to generate your first set of images:

1. Choosing a Style Pack

Style Packs are curated collections of prompts, styles, and settings designed to produce amazing results with one click. Browse our library of packs like 'Professional Headshots', 'Fantasy Adventurer', 'Cyberpunk Noir', or 'Vintage Film'. Select the one that matches the look you want to create.

2. Generating Your Images

After selecting a pack, simply click the 'Generate' button. The cost in credits will be clearly displayed. Our AI will then combine your personal Replica with the prompts from the Style Pack to create a batch of unique images. This process usually takes 1-2 minutes.

3. Viewing and Downloading

Your newly created images will appear in your gallery. From there, you can view them in high resolution, select your favorites, and download them to your device to share on social media, use on your LinkedIn profile, or print.

Tips & Troubleshooting

AI image generation is a powerful but sometimes unpredictable process. Here are some tips to get the best results and fix common issues.

"The face doesn't look exactly like me."

This can happen! The AI generates unique variations each time. If a result isn't perfect, simply try generating again. Each generation will produce a new set of images, and the next batch might capture your likeness perfectly. If the issue persists, your Replica may benefit from being re-trained with a more diverse set of input photos.

"My image has weird hands or artifacts."

This is a known challenge in the world of AI image generation. Details like hands and fingers are notoriously difficult for AI to get right. The best solution is often to generate another set of images. You can also try choosing Style Packs that don't emphasize hands, such as close-up headshots.

"My results are good, but I want more variety."

Don't be afraid to experiment! Try different Style Packs, even ones you wouldn't normally consider. A pack designed for "Sci-Fi" might produce a surprisingly cool headshot. The magic of ReplicaPixelis in the unexpected and creative combinations you can discover.

FAQ

What is a LoRA / Replica?

Think of a LoRA (which we call a 'Replica') as a small, specialized AI plugin that has learned to recognize a specific concept—in this case, your face and likeness. When you generate images, we load this tiny plugin into a large, general AI model, guiding it to create images that look like you.

Are my uploaded photos secure and private?

Absolutely. Your privacy and data security are our top priorities. Your uploaded photos are used only to train your personal AI Replica and are not used for any other purpose or to train general models. They are stored securely and you can delete both your photos and your trained Replica from our servers at any time via your account settings.

How long does the training take?

Training your Replica is a resource-intensive task. It typically takes between 25 to 40 minutes. We'll send you an email the moment it's ready so you don't have to wait around.

Can I get a refund if I don't like the results?

Due to the significant computational cost required to train each Replica and generate images, we are generally unable to offer refunds on used credits. However, if you believe there was a technical error, please contact support. The best way to ensure great results is to follow our photo upload guidelines carefully.
